Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Simply Sorted Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling, booking, or using our cleaning and organization services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided We offer residential and commercial cleaning and organization services as outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation. Specific tasks can be specified upon client request
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees (see Section 6).
Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated and agreed upon prior to the scheduled appointment. If the scope of work changes while on the job a new quote can be provided or the invoice will be updated with the services not originally included in the quote.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon due date listed on invoice.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Debit and Credit Cards
5. Access to Property
The Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees or cancellation of the appointment.
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25 dollars.
If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
8. Limitations of Service
We do not perform heavy lifting, move large furniture, or handle hazardous materials.
Clients must secure valuable or fragile items before the service. We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items unless caused by negligence.
9. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina District Court District 33.
